Check-in was a mess. I was initially assigned the wrong room, which led to an awkward call back mid-night. Though the room's size was large, it felt outdated with tired fixtures and a damp smell lingering in the air. I found the shower pressure to be underwhelming—fair at best—and the hot water barely cleared lukewarm. On top of that, a single, partial roll of toilet paper wasn't enough for two nights, and the bathroom could have used a better cleaning. I expected more for the price paid.
